• How long does delivery take?

Packing may take up to 3 days. As Mumma's Little Helpers is still a small business, I pack and ship everything myself. If you need an urgent delivery please email me with your order number. Contact here

• What size is best for my chair?

Standard - Suits smaller chairs, Phil and Teds, Stokkes (Tripp Trapp with extra attachments), IKEA (works with both sizes).

XL - Wider by 10cm and a longer front. Suits big high chairs e.g: IKEA, Peg Perego, dining chairs with booster seats.

• If it doesn't work for us can I return it?

If you find your Food Catcher does not make your life easier you can return for a full refund less postage within 2 weeks of receiving your Food Catcher. The Food Catcher must be washed and undamaged. the adhesive is not to be stuck onto the laminate as it permanently damages it and can not be refunded. Please contact for any help with your Food Catcher as perhaps the issue needs an adjustment on your chair and can be trialled before you decide to return.

• I'm having difficulty attaching my Food Catcher with the instructions.
